Bay-Walton Sector Plan
Open Houses
St. Joe hosted a series of Open Houses in December 2013 and February 2014 in Bay and Walton counties during which information about the proposed Bay-Walton Sector Plan, including conceptual maps and planning principles, were shared with the public. The Open Houses were informal to encourage one-on-one interaction with representatives of The St. Joe Company as well as consultants. No formal presentations were made so attendees had ample time to ask questions, review conceptual maps and provide input. More than 400 participants attended the series of six informational open houses before the Bay-Walton Sector Plan application was submitted.
